Determined that the Ignitor for the bake was an Open circuit so that the gas solenoid would not open, nor would the ignitor heat. Replace the ignitor and bake mode was working fine.
Replaced both bulbs with new one and still no light. Checked the sockets and found each to be corroded on the Neutral side. Replace both and now everything works fine.
