Used an appliance repair forum and a very helpful member said that if the connection at the igniter had 120v and there was no heat, the igniter was bad. That user linked to this item. I punched in my part number and it was compatible.
Once the part arrived, I installed in less than 10 minutes. Not only did it fix the heat, but the broiler (hasn't worked for years) as well!
