I looked at utube videos and followed the instructions to determine the problem. This included figuring out how to use a multimeter (again utube video). Then ordered and installed the heat element. Put the dryer back together. It works perfectly. Saved myself from buying a new dryer. Love your site which helped me get the correct part.
