I replaced the pilot sensor switch , which when tested allowed continuity to flow thru, also decided to replace the pilot glow stick , dryer is 10 years old. Simple install, had parts and had it running in 20 minutes. I ordered parts on Thursday and the dryer was up and running Saturday by noon, if I called a repair person it would have been a couple of days before they showed and if the parts were not in his truck another call would have to be made, so the process thru you was fast and I would give the service a ten star rating
