Opened the bottom of the dryer and observed heater coil did not function when called to heat. Removed coil and observed open coil. I ordered a new Heating Element. I received the new element in four days, but the part arrived damaged so I could not use it. I informed AppliancePartsPros.com. After I provided a photo of the shipment box and a Photo of the damaged part along with a serial number of my dryer I received a new part at no cost to me. I installed the new part and the dryer has been working ever since.
