I took off the front cover and checked the sensors which were all good. Then I removed the cover for the heating coil after finding that it appeared open. Found that the coil had in fact broken but the break was not visible just by looking in. Located the break in the coil within an insulator near the back. I checked appliance stores locally and found the coil for far more than Appliance Parts Pros wanted for it. I placed an order after chatting with a tech, I placed and order and had it in hand in a day and a half. I have used APP.com before and have always had great service and fast shipping.
