Got model # off dryer and ordered heating element. Watched video of repair on your website which was probibly showing a newer dryer but I still got the basics of the repair. Upon dismanteling the dryer I found I had a bad drum seal, so I ordered that part. It arrived the next day so I was able to install it on the drum. The heating element was held up a couple of days by the snow storm as it came from a different warehouse in the mid-west. Once it arrived I was able to install it with no trouble, and easily reassembled the dryer. I plugged it in and it operated as it should. This was my fourth repair using your parts and videos which make it ever so easy to do. Half of the time I spent doing this repair was cleaning out the lint which blew inside the dryer because of the bad drum seal.
