Without opening the dryer, I ordered the parts I used to fix the same problem a few years back. The drum support wheels and drum drive belt came in less than 24 hours. I opened the dryer to do the repair and discovered that it was the tensioning arm that was bad. I ordered that part and it is scheduled to arrive again in less than 24 hours.
Lesson learned: Open the dryer to determine parts needed. You are not saving time by guessing!
