Don't know how it happened but I found a hole in the bottom of the silverware basket in our KitchenAid dishwasher. The basket would need to be replaced or utensils would fall through and either get damaged or damaged the bottom of the dishwasher. I found this replacement basket and it is the exact version. Quick, efficient ordering; equally quick turnaround time. Very pleased.
