Carla P Keller , TX August 14, 2015 Hole in old gasket allowing a few drops of water to escape from bottom of front door Pulled out the old gasket. Then, found the middle of the new one and started in the top middle of the dishwasher and pushed the new one in and worked my way to the left and down the side and then the right and down the side. It did not seem long enough at first as it did not curve under at the bottom like the old one. I took it out and measured against the old one and it was a little shorter. So, I started again at the top middle and then pulled it taut as I worked my way around and down both sides tucking in the gasket. This worked great and gave it the proper length to wrap under the side bottom, like the old one. Problem solved. 25 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
