Asked question on appliance parts pro, got a response the next day with the possible problem and fix along with the part needed and a instructional video to assist. I ordered the part which took about 3 days to arrive, watched the video, changed out the part ( water valve) and now I'm just monitoring to see if this is the correct fix which it seems to be, no frezzing noticed yet andno leaking water behind unit. Very happy and thankful so far!
