I then found the parts on your website and ordered them. Your on phone technician clarified an ambiguity in the catalog and we ordered the part she recommended. We were told that the part would arrive in 2-4 business days. It arrived the next morning. The repair itself went almost as quickly as the instructional video indicated it would and the freezer is now working properly. As a final check on the repair, I ran an ohmmeter connected to the terminals of the old part and found that the circuit was open, indicating that we had replaced the correct part. The only reason the repair took as long as it did was that we had to melt ice to clear the parts for removal.
