3 years ago we stopped using our ice machine because we couldn’t figure out why ice cubes would get stuck in the ice tray which caused the water to over fill and make a block of ice in the ice tray which wouldn’t Dispense ice, we never paid anyone to come look at it because my dad an electrician that knows how to fix almost everything. Plus we read all the negative reviews on the ice maker for the refrigerator we had but little did I know it was only the ice tray that we had to change out for it to work again and with the easy to follow instructions that they offered here on this site, I fixed it within 10 minutes.
