I actually replaced the auger motor and the bracket. The micro motor was working but the bracket had broken, which caused it not to connect properly resulting in no ice being dispensed.
The parts were both super easy to replace. I think each part took me about 15-20 minutes. LOVED the videos, they were super easy to follow. Couldn't have done it without them.
