Discovered that the bracket that secures the micro-switches was broke, allowing the switch to move away from the ice dispenser arm. After watching Matt's awesome video on how to replace the bracket, I ordered the part along with a new micro-switch. Repair took me about 20-minutes. It was an inexpensive and easy repair, thanks to AppliancePartsPros!!
