I watched a video online and saw how easy it would be to replace the Auger Motor Drive Shaft and Drive Shaft Seal. I removed the ice bin, two nut head bolts, the small cover above the Auger Motor Drive Shaft and Drive Shaft Seal, and then removed the old stripped Auger Motor Drive Shaft and Drive Shaft Seal. I cleaned the area of rust/debris and installed the new Auger Motor Drive Shaft and Drive Shaft Seal. Then I replaced the small cover and secured it with the two nut head bolts. I popped the ice bin back in, and voila the ice was now dispensing out of the ice dispenser on the outside of the freezer door.
