First I watched YouTube and saw how to disassemble and get to the assembly. Then I found the problem with the door one side of the flapper hinge broke off. so I went online to (AppliancePartsPros.com) and ordered the Ice Door Assembly. I installed it yesterday and it's working great now so nice when things work like they are supposed to.
