I found the circlip in my water glass so I knew I had a problem. A few weeks earlier I had found a washer on the kitchen floor and not knowing where it came from I put it in a safe place.
I pulled out the tray and took it apart, seeing that the auger nut was chewed up, I went on line and ordered a new one. I got the part in 2 days. I watched the video and did the repair with no trouble.
