I looked at a few videos and read some advice to find out how to reach the parts. Even though I did not find my model, I did find general instructions on fixing it. After uncovering the affected area and a few dry runs I determined the motor that raised the door was working intermitterly and finally stopped completely. I ordered the part and got it in 1.5 days.
