The ice cube bin was full of a solid block of ice and there were broken plastic pieces in the bottom of the freezer. I went on-line to the manufacturer's site [Samsung] and could not find repair information. Their chat support was NOT helpful - simply telling me to push a reset button when I asked about how to replace the broken part.
When I found your site and the repair video, I was relieved. The mechanic went through the repair steps slowly, told me the tools I'd need and showed me exactly how to remove the old cube tray and replace it with a new one. I ordered the part and it came quickly. I was able to get the ice maker repaired and up and running for around $20!
