We first ordered a new nice maker part. It worked for a while then quit. So, I contacted someone at the Appliance Parts Pros and Gayle helped with what was wrong at this point. They suggested after checking what kind of refrigerator we had that Whirlpool had in this model number an ice level Power Control Board Kit. We ordered it after they asked us to check this item out in our freezer and it failed the test. Got the part in a matter of just three days and we have ice at this point!
