The repair was a little more complicated than anticipated, as I had hoped for a simple remove-replace. The tray was for a 2005 Frigidaire Model PLHS269ZDBF, but the container front assembly and tray were evidently from a different model and did not fit my model refrigerator. Luckily the auger assembly and chop/cube select linkage were identical. So after removing 7 Phillips type screws I was able to retro-fit the mechanicals into the old tray and install the original fascia. Works great!
