Ordered a replacement water inlet valve, which was easy to install. You need to know that they have a young man named Mike working in their Ordering dept who really proved to be helpful in trying to find out what happened to my order. He checked with their shipping department and they were able to personally contact FEDEX to sort out the problem for delivery to our ranch. We paid a higher shipping fee in order to get the part here as early as possible, however it got here three days late. Guess we paid the extra shipping charge for nothing, but that was the fault of FEDEX, not Appliance Parts Pros. The ice maker is dumping another load of ice as I am sitting typing this.
