I first tried "thawing" the motor to see if it was frozen. When that didn't work, I could tell that the other components were operating correctly, so I assumed it was a bad motor. I went online to Appliance Part Pros, found and ordered the new motor.
When the new motor arrived, I followed along with the video and had the ice maker working again in about 30 minutes!
