The ice in my ice maker was getting stuck, and I realized it was because the plastic tray was stuck. I ordered a replacement tray. The fix itself was not difficult, but finding the right video was tricky. It seem that most Samsung refrigerators have units that pop down, but mine (RS261MDRS) slides in an out from the right side. Once I figured that out, it was easy. I'm sure this saved me at least $150, because the repair guys won't even come by for less than that here. Had I found the right video, this would have taken me 15 minutes, but it took me much longer.
