I removed the igniter and performed a continuity (ohm) test and found continuity through one wire only.
I also did voltage test on the system and found it was being fed 120 volts as should be. I then looked up part and ordered through Appliance Parts Pros. It took about five days to receive.
New igniter was installed and works like new now.
