Had to disassemble the cook top in order to get at the ignitor. The part that the ignitor is in is a white metal and the steel screws used to hold it in welded themselves due to the dissimilar metals. Had to completely remove the burner and try to drill out the screw which failed. Wound up getting a new burner and screws in order to finish the job.
