I called a local appliance repair to take a look at my GE profile cook top stove when the large element quit working.A few days later THE MASTER MECHANIC showed up to my house and within the first 3 minutes the repairman was here, he turns the knob on and off and says " Here's your problem the large element has gone out. That will be $69.00 or if you want it fixed it will be $305.00 including parts". What a TOOL! Needless to say just because the tile of the business is ALL PRO APPLIANCE, doesn't mean your getting an ALL PRO to fix your Stove. So I got on you tube to see how to fix the problem, did some research and found you guys. I ordered a large element for $120 bucks and it was delivered to my house within a few days. GUESS WHAT??? Still didn't work..... WTH!! I called Appliance parts pros.com back and the girl that I spoke with was aces, I believe her name was Erica B. I explained the problem to her and we determined it was the Infinite Control Switch ($29.00). So she shipped it to my house in a few more days. After just minutes I replaced the switched and it worked fine and they took back the element. My recommendations to Appliance parts pros.com Thanks Guys I will make sure to call you first next time!
