Removed the outside cover, which was secured with tamper proof screws. I did not have the proper tool for these screws. I used a pair of pliers and was able to remove the three screws. Removed the cover found the lamp to be burned out. Using the appliance Parts network I was able to match my lamp to a new replacement. The part arrived the NEXT DAY!!!! Love it ,everything is working fine!!! .
