Great service from ApplianceParts.com. They walked me through the information I needed to determine problem and then to make sure I received the correct burner for the repair. I ordered the part on late afternoon of Monday and it arrived at our door late afternoon on Tuesday! Great service.
The repair was not difficult and took about 1 1/2 hours. Most difficult was removing the ducts for the downdraft. Once that was complete I pulled the stove to access screws that held the top to the frame, unplugged the electrical wiring to the top, and removed the glass top from the frame.
I could then remove the failed burner, install the new and reassemble. .
