Once I was able to diagnose the root cause of our Kenmore Dishwasher failure to pump water through the jets, I found the Appliance Part Pros instructional video on a web search. The video exactly matched the model I had and showed me how to take the defective pump out and insert the new pump safely and quickly. I am handy but not a licensed tradesman however I was able to understand and execute exactly what was required to get the work done. A test run later, no leaks and we were back to business as usual in our household. Parts worked as expected! Very Happy
