I had to replace the entire sump instead of the seal because it is no longer available. The online and phone staff helped me order the right part. I followed the repair video. There was one minor difference between my model and the one they used in the video but that didn't cause me any problems. I had only one issue after I was finished; I'd forgotten to tighten the second hose clamp so it leaked. Fixed that and it's been running fine without any other problems. I would not hesitate to order parts from you again and complete the repair myself. You guys were great!
