The control board was going bad so we had to replace the board. We turned off power to the dishwasher, removed the screws from the back casing of the panel as well as the panel and ribbon connections. And reverse the steps to install the board. It was a simple fix that took less than 10 minutes. It worked like a charm and saved us from having to replace our 15-year-old dishwasher that is still in great working order.
