Got on youtube to see if I could find out how to fix the problem myself. Tried to call Kitchenaid and they were no help to me so I look for a third party to find the parts I needed. I foundAppliancePartsPros and it was really easy to order my parts. They came quickly and were the exact parts that I needed. Now my mixer works like brand new.
