I called Appliance Pros.com on Friday 4/17 at 11:30 a.m. and David the CSR was able to find a replacement for me as I had the model number to reference...I ordered 2 knobs and the arrived on Friday at 4:30 p.m..I can't believe the speed of delivery. This is unheard of...I love it.
