I ordered a new one but you sent the incorrect knob the first time so I had to send it back and reorder it again. This time the correct one was sent and it was an easy fix put the new one on and I first added a little WD 40 to that it will come off easier the next time I want to clean it.
I did have a problem pulling the broken stem piece of the old knob off of the stove so I had to get help for that.
