Therese H Youngsville , NC September 03, 2020 First latch broke then adjustable side mount wheel broke Purchased latch - easily removed the inside door panel, took out old broken one and all pieces and installed new latch - easy peasy (15-30 mins) Then side rail wheel broke. Unfortunately - cannot buy just the wheel and screw so had to replace the whole adjustable side mount. Took a little bit of finagling but was able to replace also. I still consider easy.
