Thanks to the video we were able to replace our drain hose ourselves. It really saved us a service call, a lot of money. The delivery was unbelievably fast. The hose was perfect, it went in just as in the video. This is one of the best repair experiences we have ever had. I give you two thumbs up plus five stars. Great work guys!
