Installing the tank went quickly. Removed the water filter from the upper compartment to stop water flow to the tank.
Had to remove the two lower drawers (they tilt out of their sliding frames). There is a glass shelf that should be pulled out - it slides out via two notches in the front frame. The water tank is behind a white metal cover held by 4 screws. Keep track of all of the parts including the lip seals from the shelf.
I used two Watts 5/15x5/16 couplers from Lowes for the connections. I cut the existing tubes as high as possible with a sharp pair of scissors to give me some working length. Don't mix them up - mark them L and R with a Sharpie to distinguish them.
Removed the old tank by unscrewing two screws, Installed new tank initially leaving its tubes at full length.
I routed the tube on the right side of the tank below the tank and back over the top, connecting it to the L tube from the fridge.
I then routed the 2nd tube from the top of the tank in a circle so that it met the R tube from the fridge in a straight line. The circular routing keeps the tubes and couplers straight so there's no side force on the coupler seal that might cause a leak.
Installed the filter to fill water and used the dispenser to get water pumped through the tubes and tank to confirm that there were no leaks.
Reinstalled the cover, shelf, and drawers. and confirmed that the dispenser and ice maker worked.
