I used the chat on the appliancepartspros.com site. The attendant told me right away what was wrong and what part I needed. There was a video illustrating how to do the repair, which was very helpful. Both it and the printed directions that came with the part were accurate. This was an easy repair.
My repair was made even easier because I no longer had the factory valve--it had already been replaced with the newer style valve. The tubes were already cut off at right angles so I didn't need to do the cut with a razor blade.
