I replaced the shaft seal which was a relatively easy job, however, it would be difficult to do correctly with the DW in place. I would strongly recommend removing the DW and turning it upside down.
I watched the repair video a couple of times which was helpful. I also communicated with an APP who provided more helpful hints like greasing the seal.
Maybe it was me or maybe the drawing was unclear but I installed the seal backwards the first time and had to redo it. I think the repair diagram could be made clearer especially for dummies like me.
The parts shipped by APP arrived within two days of the order which I really apprecaite
