Replaced entire sump for second time. It lasts about 3 years. The Kenmore dishwasher is manufactured by Maytag but on the Kenmore the seal is not replaceable so sump must be replaced at $75. On other Maytag designs the rubber seal can be replaced at $5. The job was easy enough, especially this second time. I label connections carefully to avoid confusion. Time to repair was long as I am methodical and double check everything. I research before hand and You Tube videos are helpful.
