After looking at a few online videos of similar issue, I determined that it could be one of three possibilities. I chose to replace the grommet under the sump basket. Results were the same, it still leaked. Next I replaced the entire sump basket. Results were mixed. It fixed the leaking in the original location but now it was leaking in a new location. After reviewing comments from those attempting to fix their leaking dishwasher, want comment stuck out as an unintended consequence of removing, in this case, the discharge motor which has an o-ring preventing leaking. I ordered a new discharge motor and the new leaking issue was resolved. In conclusion I solved the original leaking issue, fixed it, created another issue , fixed that. Total cost of the three separate parts was a little over $200.
