Replaced the PCB assembly. As Google and YouTube shows, a common cause for this issue is a bad PCB board. This was the case here. Many, many thanks to Robert H of Herndon, VA (YouTube RLH1510) for his how-to video. Showed exactly the steps needed to replace the board. One thing to make it easier, is you only need to remove the top 3 screws in back in order to rotate the control panel. Removing all 6 screws didn't hurt. Easy, easy repair. I spent more time hooking up the dryer vent than replacing the board. I owe you a beer Robert!
