Alan D Ashville , OH April 26, 2022 LG front load washer made noise and wouldn't spin. Rotor assembly hub splines were bad (plastic!) Replaced w/ new assembly hub splines are metal. The part was ordered, 2 days later arrived in good shape. Easy peasy. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
