Tested upper and lower heating elements, temp sensor, fuse. All met manufacturer specs. Tested Pwb(pcb) per troubleshooting instructions and failed. Ordered new Pwb and thermostat for good measure. Parts arrived promptly and fit well even though original part number now replaced with this one. Installed parts and fixed issue. Did lots of baking over holidays and parts have held up just fine.
