I removed the back panel using a nut driver. There are 4 screws. Once removed, I used a 17mm socket & removed the bolt holding the rotor assembly on the tub. I ordered this part using the parts diagram provided by appliancepartspros.com. It arrived in 4 days after & took around 5 minutes to install very easily. My LG Steamwasher works like brand new now.
