First, your company sent the wrong hose. Your company gladly apologized and resent the correct hose. The original packaging had the correct part number but wrong product inside.
The install took approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Recommendation is turn the unit on it's side and you can easily remove and install the tub to pump hose clamps. You will also have to remove the center back panel 4 screws. This is by far faster than the video demonstrated on your website.
