Ordered a new replacement latch that came to my house within 3 days of order. Watched a video on how to replace maybe 4 times to make sure to do it. Day after Christmas I started at 9 am and by 10 am it was done and complete. Ask the wife to start washing something to make sure that everything was working properly and that solved the problem. Absolutely GREAT!!!
