I found the model number and did a search on Google. I found your website and became a member, quickly typed in my model number and within a few minutes had the parts ordered. Then it was a matter of a few days and the parts arrived as ordered. The repairs were easily done with a screwdriver and now the microwave has new bulbs, filter and bulb covers. Lights are working on lo and high setting and my wife is happy.
